STM32 / Real-Time Power Control

We are seeking a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer with deep experience developing bare-metal firmware on STM32 microcontrollers for real-time control applications.

This role focuses on firmware development for STM32-based embedded controllers used in digitally controlled switch-mode power supplies (DSMPS) and high-power LED drivers.

You will work directly with electrical engineers to implement robust, production-ready firmware controlling precision current regulation and communication systems.

Required Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years embedded firmware development
  • Strong bare-metal STM32 experience (Cortex M4/M33 preferred)
  • Experience with STM32CubeIDE
  • Experience using HAL and LL drivers
  • Real-time interrupt-driven firmware development
  • Experience with:

We are seeking a Technical Channel Sales Manager to drive global growth through distributors, VARs, and OEM partners. This is a consultative technical sales role working directly with engineering teams and channel partners to deliver advanced electro-optical and photonics solutions.

This role works closely with executive leadership and engineering to help influence product direction, market strategy, and channel growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For: 

Ideal candidates have experience supporting technical distributors or OEM partners in optics, imaging, or industrial automation markets.

  • 5+ years of technical B2B sales, channel sales, or business development experience.
  • Experience selling technical products into OEM engineering teams strongly preferred.
  • Background in photonics, optics, machine vision, medical devices, scientific instrumentation, or industrial automation highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with engineers and applications teams.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and partner management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a small, fast-moving technical organization.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–50%.

Electrical Engineer Technician for Electro-Optical Manufacturing R&D Support

The Engineering Technician supports both manufacturing and research & development activities within an electro-optical product environment. This role bridges hands-on production support and prototype development, assisting engineers in the design, testing, integration, and improvement of electro-optical systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment involving precision optics, electronics, and mechanical assemblies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Optics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Technician in an electro-optical, photonics, electronics, or related manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with electro-optical assemblies and test equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting R&D or new product development programs
  • Familiarity with optical alignment, laser systems, imaging sensors, or photonic components
  • Experience with prototype builds and low-volume manufacturing
  • Knowledge of GD&T, SPC, and basic data analysis
  • Experience working in regulated environments (ISO, AS9100, FDA, etc.)
